We’re a family-owned business and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions to your problems, whether going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell your house for any kind of reason.
MICHAEL / CEO
Michael Stansbury has been the Owner and CEO of MemFixerUpper since its conception in 2015. He has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and graduated from the University of Arkansas with his bachelor’s in communications. He has since started a highly successful real estate investment company from the ground up. He and his wife have four kids together and he loves spending time and being with his family.
Michael oversees all of the day to day operations in the company as well as casting his vision for the company and teaching his employees not only how to grow the MemFixerUpper team, but how to grow themselves as individuals.
MELISSA / EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa has been proudly serving the company since 2020. She has a degree in Public Relations and Communications and has worked in a wide variety of jobs both in Tennessee and Georgia. Melissa has two adult sons and she has been happily married to her husband for many years. She loves anything to do with the outdoors and spends lots of her time boating or on vacation to the beach.

COLLIN / ACQUISITIONS
Collin is the youngest member of the MemFixerUpper team, and son of the company’s CEO Michael Stansbury, he is one of the team members you will meet on the appointment.
Collin has a strong work ethic and has grown so much since he started full time and will continue to grow. In his free time, Collin faithfully serves at his local church and frequently travels to Guatemala in order to serve local communities and churches in those areas. Collin has been in the company since 2020 and continues to further his skills daily..
JUANITA / MARKETING MANAGER
Juanita Palacios is one of our new team members. She is from Bogota, Colombia. Juanita is in charge of following a strategic plan for how Memfixerupper will achieve and maintain a competitive advantage in the market. She owns the process of building plans, making sure creative and content are aligned with the Memfixerupper strategic objectives. In her free time, Juanita likes to spend time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
Juanita has been with MemFixerUpper since 2022 and continues to further her skills daily.

KEVIN / DISPOSITION MANAGER
Kevin Wong Disposition Manager. Kevin is the Disposition Manager for Memfixerupper and is a new member of the team.
He graduated from Arlington High School, studying Film and Video as well as Business Communications. He is the owner of an organic here in Memphis. He also has two bearded dragons, three scorpions, and too many plants.Kevin is an antique art collector and enjoys traveling as well as spending time with family.

JOSE / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Jose Bustos is from Bogota, Colombia, and joined our team in 2022. Jose is part of our Marketing team. He is in charge of creative visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
In his spare time, he likes to read, hike and travel. He is very artistic and musical. He also enjoys photography and painting. Jose is always eager to help.

DANIEL / LEAD MANAGER
Daniel joined our team as our before/after hours and weekend Lead Manager. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary studies between the areas of Commercial Music; Recording, Engineering, and Producing and Computer Science in 2020.
He shares his entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for music and a desire to help others pursue their goals and aid others in their needs.
